Welcome to the OpeQuon Hills Condo Association Web Site. OpeQuon Hills is a serene community which consists of single-family homes and upscale luxury condos. The beautiful neighborhood boasts breathtaking panoramic mountain views and is located near world famous fishing streams, University Park Airport, Penn State University and Beaver Stadium. The OpeQuon Hills Condo Owners Association abides by governing documents including the declaration, covenants, bylaws and rules and regulations overseen by elected board members. This web site serves as a resource for the owners and board members.
